 Older Brothers

In my family, College has always been in the mindset for both my brother and I. My older brother who graduated from UCSB has always influenced us that college is a must to be able to succeed in this world. From time to time countless times he would often ask about what are our plans for college, which schools we are considering, start saving up. There a certain extent where it is helpful to have an older sibling to help motivate you. However there's a limit to when people don't have to question of every action at home should revolve all around college. For example, playing a video on some down time after a long day, my older would ask "you should be spending your time on college, than your time on that game". But honestly I feel like some-days i need some "me" time, to enjoy that i am able to remain a kid, right now- at this very moment. All in all, i love my older brother for showing me a path to my future, but he shouldn't really breath through my neck about my life.

 Parents

Amongst my dad and my mom, college has been in their mindset the very day we got into high school and that when it hit them. My brother and are twins therefore it will be double: double the college tuition, double the cars, double the food to buy, double everything. Although almost a decade ago my older brother was in the situation in his senior year-applying to financial aid, and scholarships and other worries, he was just one single person. As of now we are in the stage of waiting for my dad for the final reports of the taxes for last year 2012. However in their heads they have accepted that my brother and I will be going into college, and im happy they support that! :)
